Deployment Scenarios
Stand-Alone Community
Often a community is stand-alone and independent. The community development issues are site-specific and require a fresh analysis and community design.

Several Similar Communities
An organization may want to support multiple communities that are similar, but involve different community memberships. For example, a construction company may want to engage supplier communities for each of several large projects in different parts of the country. The first community merits comprehensive iPOV development and support services. Then the firm's personnel can manage the development of subsequent communities.

Several Different Communities within the Same Organization
An organization may want to establish a separate community in each of several operational areas. For example, a company may want to build a vendor community, a technical support community, a project-specific community, and a sales support community. The first community will merit comprehensive iPOV development and support services. Later communities may require some iPOV development help, but the scope of work will decrease with each new deployment.
