How to Order

For Standard Processing

  1. Contact iPOV (sales@ipov.net/ 334.821.5412) to obtain an account on iPOV’s document processing server (www.ipov.net/processing).
  2. Record video clips for inclusion in documents.
  3. Digital video files can be in a variety of formats:
  • AVI, WMV, MP4, MPG, MOV, MOD ... and many more.
  • Screencasting source files can come from Camtasia and BB Flashback.
  • FLV Flash video files
  • Some Flash animation files (SWFs), if underlying ActionScript permits. 
  • Different video formats can be inserted into the same document.
  1. Edit source MS Word documents to label locations where video clips are to be placed
  2. Complete the Video-in-PDF Service Request form to estimate expected cost.
  3. Upload video clips, source word documents and Service Request form to a new folder in www.ipov.net/processing
  4. iPOV will send links to download draft and finished PDF documents

For Special Processing

  1. Contact iPOV (sales@ipov.net/ 334.821.5412) to obtain an account on iPOV’s document processing server (www.ipov.net/processing).
  2. Complete the Video-in-PDF Service Request form.
  3. Upload video clips, source word documents and Service Request form to a new folder in www.ipov.net/processing
  4. iPOV will discuss requirements and generate a Letter of Estimate as the basis for a purchase order.
