This folder (and possible additional subfolders) could be configured to organize a collection of diverse files into useful combinations.

This area is reserved and private for Big Supplier. ACME managers can deposit documents and videos for the Big Supplier's review and the Big Supplier can deposit materials that are visible only to itself and ACME managers.

This folder contains two video clips that illustrate how video sharing can quickly resolve a problem. In this situation, a shipment is poorly packaged and it is important to correct the problem at the source - otherwise it will cause problems later on. The first clip shows the sequence of actions to:

• recognize a problem
  
• record a response
  
• upload the video to the Supply Chain Info Center
  
• send an email
  
• follow up with a phone call
  
• resolve the problem
  

As the time counter on the movie shows, the entire process took less than 7 minutes! The second clip shows the actual video that was recorded to be sent to the supplier.
